Meet Couplelizer, An App That Tries To Be The New Tinder
I know what you are thinking: we already have Tinder, Grindr, Dattch, Hinge, Antidate, etc., is there really room for a new dating app? Well, why not? Especially since this one brings a bit of a different approach. Couplelizer is designed to encourage people to date more, instead of allowing them to continuously postpone their decision.
According to its presentation, Couplelizer is an alternative to Tinder which is focused more on dating instead of swiping around looking for that perfect person. At the moment, this service is only available as a web-based application, but according to its developers native apps for Android and iOS devices will become available in a few months.
In order to sign up with Couplelizer, all you need is to fill out a bit of personal information (including your location) and a selfie. Once inside, you can check out the other users who are near you, wait for someone to send you a date invite or create your own event where you can choose a time, a location and then select the users that you want to invite. What's interesting is that you can opt to send timed invites so that the other person won't have that much time to over-think her or his decision. And don't worry about too many people showing up. As soon as someone accepts an invite, all the others will expire. In case you are interested, you can find out more information and create your own account Couplelizer by clicking here. At the moment, the service is only available in the US and UK.
And since we are talking about dating services, I should tell you that Tinder will soon launch its premium version. This will give the paying customers access to an undo function and a passport to view Tinder members from all over the world.
