Steam's 'Exploration Sale' has just begun
As you probably know, Thanksgiving is already upon us and the Winter Holidays are just around the corner, which means that it's the time of the year to spend time with your family, get bored, then go and play video games. But not just any video games, cheap games that you get from the Steam Exploration Sale. Yes, you heard me right: it's that time of the year again. So, if you're an avid gamer who would also want to save up some money for Christmas presents, you might want to hide your wallet and stay away from your PC as much as possible.
Let me start by telling you that this sale will be different from the ones from the previous years: as there will be no more Daily and Flash sales. The price of the items on sale won't fluctuate so you will no longer need to check the website every eight hours or so, to see if a better deal has come up. It takes away a bit of the excitement, but it also creates a more relaxed shopping environment for those who just want to chill (in the holidays spirit, of course). The Steam Expedition Sale starts today and will last until December 1st, so there's plenty of time for you to get the games that you wanted, but couldn't afford.
As far as current offers go, I've already seen several interesting titles including Wolfenstein: The New Order (85% off), Witcher 3 (50% the same as on GOG) and Mad Max (also 50% off). There are also discounts on Fallout games (Fallout 4 not included, of course), The Talos Principle, Company of Heroes and the Sid Meier's Civilization series. Happy game hunting everybody!
