If you experience any challenges to find the right answers, Good.co will come in handy. This networking platform has launched an iOS app for you to learn your archetype and particular strengths. At first, the application offers you a quiz where you are supposed to honestly answer some questions on your personality traits. The application will test how open, conscious and able to agree you are by nature. This way, you will get three archetypes out of 15 possible.
Then you can take a variety of other quizzes to understand yourself better (e.g. What are your approaches to getting things done? or If you were a superhero, who would you be?). Finally, you will obtain a Fit Score that is going to reveal how well you interact with your colleagues. If the output is far from a brilliant one, never mind, the app will share several tips on how to improve the situation.
The tests are claimed to be science-based, however, you should keep in mind that they are more likely to be fun.Anyway, the skill to be a part of the team defines not only an economical prosperity of your company but also determines a quality of your life. So try the app and change your attitude towards the work, if necessary.
