Create a No-Fly Zone Over Your Property Create a No-Fly Zone Over Your Property

Drones are becoming more popular every day for several good reasons. The main among those is fun and bird-flight view filming. At the same time, the mentioned advantages are not universal. These camera-carrying machines are enjoyable when you own them, but become a real annoyance when they belong to your neighbors and fly over your head when you want some privacy. Probably, the most popular reaction to such an intruder is the desire to destroy the 'toy'. NoFlyZone offers a no-conflict solution to the situation: you can establish a no-fly zone over your property, making your backyard a camera-free place.

A number of drone hardware and software firms have already joined the initiative and promised to honor such privacy requests. These include EHANG, Horizon Hobby, DroneDeploy, YUNEEC, HEXO+, PixiePath and RCFlyMaps. Most of them are relatively unknown or haven't been launched yet. Some better known brands, like DJI or 3D Robotics, are supposed to become part of the team as NoFlyZone has reached out to them.

Now, you can spare a couple of minutes and get a drone-free sky over your head. The new service allows you to register your address and create a geofence around your property. At the moment, you can bind one address to one email and there is no need to prove the owner rights for a single object. Nevertheless, if you want to make several locations unavailable to drones you will have to show proof via a copy of a formal document.
