Angry Transformers Angry Transformers

After succeeding in drawing Star Wars fanboys to Angry Birds series, Roivo has teamed up with Hasbro once again to make up another refresher to the franchise. A new Angry Birds game titled Angry Birds Transformers will be released later this year.

The everlasting war between pigs and birds will take place in the universe of Transformers. As usual, birds are the good guys (aka Autobirds) and the pigs are the villains (aka Deceptihogs). That's it for the moment. Not very much, right, but judging from the poster on the website it seems that we might expect something similar to Angry Birds Go! with some awesome flying and shooting. But that's just fantasies.

As in case with Star Wars, Hasbro is most likely to release telepod toys for you to get your character into the game. That's how it works, just if you missed it.

No release date, of course, except for the annoying 'coming soon'. More info on the game will probably show up within a few weeks. Meanwhile, feel free to hit the comments and share your ideas on what the game will look like.
